Longtime fans may recall the original Equestrian Bag which gained popularity because of its bridle leather and trimmings. I’m dying to wear it,but I’m giving it time to get rid of the dent, lol.When Dooney & Bourke launched, initially it sold men’s goods such as colored belts that quickly expanded into luggage, clothing and handbags. I would recommend buying this bag because it looks stylish and elevated, with so much (every morning when I’m done getting ready I pick it up to see how it would look with my outfit). I paid $185 on sale, not the best price for a dented bag. I have 2 other Florentine satchels and a suede (honey) satchel and the quality is not the same, but I think it is due to the coated cotton material and there is minimal leather on the purse. I may return it if I can’t get the dent out of the bag, but the color and style of the bag are cute. I stuffed the bag, left it hung to hopefully shape the strap (which was also folded) and the body of the bag. I found the latter very disappointing because the bag has a fold on it that is possibly permanent. Upon opening the package the purse was flat, bent in half and not stuffed to hold the shape of the bag. The issues I have are that the bag didn’t come with a dust cover, and the packaging of the bag was pretty close to terrible. This purse is cute!
